Consumer Profiling with MindWave AI
A highly advanced AI engine that lets you profile prospects and customers even based on limited consumer data to present them with your best product or service offering
CHALLENGE: The main challenge was the lack of information from the existing customer database. MindWave was provided limited information that only included the name, e-mail address and location of each customer and from this, had to produce a variety of insights about customer. MindWave AI also had to recognize and translate the data from European languages other than English.
SOLUTION: Using MindWave, we developed a wide range of innovative ways to construct reasonable predictive models including some that were based on leveraging external data such as economic and social profiles of different regions/neighborhoods, and demographic information among others. Leveraging Core NLP, AI algorithms, predictive modeling, clustering, and filtering irrelevant data to provide high quality results to the client.
RESULT: Leveraging several powerful and unique features of MindWave AI allowed collection and analysis of a vast variety of data from the public web, identifying core characteristics of each customer, categorizing them to allow better targeting and customer servicing while ensuring that all the data and results solely resided securely on the client’s server.
